      Pros

      I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Lacuna so far. The leadership team is approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in the professional growth of their RBTs and BCBAs. There’s a strong emphasis on clinical quality, collaboration, and maintaining a positive work culture.

      Cons

      It’s also a large clinic, which can make it a bit harder to build rapport with everyone right away though that may just be my own shyness. Overall, it’s a great place to grow, learn, and feel supported in the field of ABA.

      Pros

      Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

      Cons

      Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
