great atmosphere, lots of room for growth and advancement, amazing benefits (if you get hired), decent pay based on experience, leads willing to teach, good workforce camaraderie

as I said above, if you get hired on. The intern/temp positions seem to hang onto you indefinitely, in that given position, as long as possible . Still waiting to be hired on full-time. I've been here less than a year and I'm still an intern as most internships elsewhere don't exceed a 90-day probationary period.
