Pros

The best thing about working in the LSRVNA office is the friendly staff and accepting environment. The were very accommodating to my hours as I am a working mom. Also very understanding if you have to call out sick.

Cons

I feel there could be a little more education on how others roles affect each others work. If we had a deeper understanding of how it all connects, we could perform better and more efficiently.

Pros

I'm going on my second year with LSRVNA this is been the most rewarding job I've had in my 20+ years of being a nurse. the best of both working independent and having a whole team behind you. it's been a pleasure working with this team and I look forward to many more years.

honestly I have none. I love every part of my job. have not had one negative experience

We are well known and loved in the communities that we serve, which makes me proud to be a member of this family of care givers and support staff.
