      The job has decent pay, benefits similar to others in the area, and great patients

      Cons

      Supervisory staff are rude, petty, and not helpful. The focus is clearly on the ability to compete visits quickly rather than provide good care. Staff are not valued or given clear instructions. One nurse was forced out for speaking up and a lot of us are considering leaving after realizing we all have the same concerns

      I'm going on my second year with LSRVNA this is been the most rewarding job I've had in my 20+ years of being a nurse. the best of both working independent and having a whole team behind you. it's been a pleasure working with this team and I look forward to many more years.

      honestly I have none. I love every part of my job. have not had one negative experience

      It has been an honor to work at this growing agency for almost 10 years. The tender care and respect for our clients is a true testament to our mission that enables people to stay in their homes as long as possible. We are well known and loved in the communities that we serve, which makes me proud to be a member of this family of care givers and support staff.

      We are growing out of our office space.
