4 on/4 off is pretty nice, straight shifts instead of rotating is nice, 7% night shift premium

Cons

4th 12hr shift is not automatically OT, insurance isnt great, communication from both top down and bottom up is terrible, they say safety first but when someone raises a legitimate safety concern they downplay it

Pros

AC in the summer, they like to feed people. VP of operations/plant manager is a nice guy, he will walk around and shake everyone's hand and ask them how they feel and if everything ok.

Cons

It doesn't pay to be a good hard worker because if you don't fit the narrative you won't get a raise and they'll try to make you quit. And don't get sick because they would rather you come in sick than call in you'll get canned.
