Good way to build a career in printing books. Opportunities given to learn machines and expand skills. Team environment. Low stress. I am treated fairly.

Cons

The health plans are very expensive with high deductibles. 401k -small company match but only after you've been there a year. Glad I am on my wife's benefits.

4 on/4 off is pretty nice, straight shifts instead of rotating is nice, 7% night shift premium

Cons

4th 12hr shift is not automatically OT, insurance isnt great, communication from both top down and bottom up is terrible, they say safety first but when someone raises a legitimate safety concern they downplay it
