Cons

Very rural area and weather is mild. If you like hunting and fishing, hiking, motorcycling, camping and canoeing, this is the place for you. Missouri is as big as all outdoors. If you like traffic, ice-fishing, crime and snowmobiling, you'd best move on.

4 on/4 off is pretty nice, straight shifts instead of rotating is nice, 7% night shift premium

Cons

4th 12hr shift is not automatically OT, insurance isnt great, communication from both top down and bottom up is terrible, they say safety first but when someone raises a legitimate safety concern they downplay it
