      Good benefits, decent pay. Campus is nice if you live close enough.

      Cons

      Lots of infighting among leadership which ends up in constant whiplash for everyone else. Open concept office with incredibly noisy departments.

      Job security, and being able to have flexibility in the daily output

      Worklife stability, next to impossible to advice in career unless wanting to move to rural America, executive leadership will constantly lie to better their roles.
