Pros
They have an excellent and fair benefits package. There is good internal education and development. They work internationally so there is potential for opportunities here. Very much a "ole boys network" within Land O Lakes. If you thrive in that type of setting, it could be a good match. Excellent marketing company.
Cons
Whenever there are changes ahead, the "ole boys network" seems to awaken. People who were somewhat at rest suddenly work hard at posturing for position. Leadership doesen't value outside education like they should, they can be a bit naive about current knowledge in the industries that they are involved in. It's not a company to join & figure that once you're in that you can rise through the ranks. They'll likely look outside of the company for talent to bring into leadership positions.
