Most of the people are good to work with. Having Café at the corporate office is nice and cheaper than going to local restaurants.

Cons

Bad pay, stuck in old ways, technology is still 10 years behind the rest of the world. Takes forever to get anything approved.

Worklife stability, next to impossible to advice in career unless wanting to move to rural America, executive leadership will constantly lie to better their roles.
