My team is very dedicated to what we do. I did not grow up in the Ag business but I am proud to be in the industry

Does not always let people know they have done a good job. Management is very busy and runs very thin. So they do not always have a chance to say nice work

Job security, and being able to have flexibility in the daily output

Worklife stability, next to impossible to advice in career unless wanting to move to rural America, executive leadership will constantly lie to better their roles.
