      Good work-life balance -- nice location, good lunches! Easy commenting. It is a very nice place to work and you can have a good career there. Good brand.

      Cons

      Somewhat older way of doing things --- it is a cooperative. More focus on production side, rather than market. Could be more dynamic. Could leverage brand better.
