      Pros

      Interesting work, great colleagues for the most part, good comp packages, nice life balance.

      Cons

      Company is trying to grow, but doesn’t really understand what it takes: investment. Every growth opportunity is done on the cheap, leading to middling results. Talent management is non-existent. Star performers get middling merit increases, and promotions are nearly impossible as growth is slow and leadership roles rarely open up. A micromanagement culture also doesn’t help.

      Job security, and being able to have flexibility in the daily output

      Cons

      Worklife stability, next to impossible to advice in career unless wanting to move to rural America, executive leadership will constantly lie to better their roles.
