      Lots of room for advancement, flexible working schedule, managers that generally really care. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Some people may not like working in the suburbs, but it's still a reasonably vibrant area and many shops have been added recently.

      Job security, and being able to have flexibility in the daily output

      Worklife stability, next to impossible to advice in career unless wanting to move to rural America, executive leadership will constantly lie to better their roles.
