Pros
Great benefits and convenient location for me. The people were very friendly and easy to talk to though not a lot in common. The campus is beautiful and the cafeteria is located on site. They have taste panels to try new food in development and a company store to pick up some groceries on the way home.
Cons
Lack of praise when doing a good job. An older atmosphere not very many young people worked there and I found it difficult to relate to my coworkers. The salary was not very competitive and the yearly raises were meager and nothing to call home about. Overall the company was only okay and could have been better.
