Learned a lot here, but would not stay for long - Research Associate Land O'Lakes Employee Review

Working long hours everyday without weekends for busy seasons, which are very frequent and long throughout the year. Not conducive for a healthy work/life balance. Supervisor is disorganized and does not train effectively, leaving workers to figure out most tasks on their own. There is also too much office politics that create a toxic work environment.
