Great working environment - Anonymous employee Land O'Lakes Employee Review

The Land O'Lakes comes off as a work place that provides a lot of opportunities to grow and many employee groups to lighten up the rigid work pace. We just had an employee celebration event at the headquarter in august. they did it in a state fair style. food trucks came to campus offering free food. lots of games you would normally pay to enter in a real fair. they've even got a stage for various competition: butter sculpture, cow milking, etc.
