New employees get 3 points in their first 90 days which doesn’t sound bad, but you get a point for not calling at least one hour ahead of time on top of another point for calling out or being late. It’s ridiculous. You can’t go outside to your car on your breaks, and you work 12 HOURS and they expect you to stay after more times than not up to 15 hours. No room for advancements. You can stay at a position for Years. YEARS before you can move up.
