Work life balance is horrible. If you're not liked by management, they'll stretch you thin so that you mess up and they can fire you. Your job duties and descriptions change after you're hired on from when you originally accepted the job and you're given no notice. Hour changes causing loss of income and you're given less than 24 hours notice. You mess up and it's automatic write up but if management messes up, they turn the other cheek.
