      Great coworkers, makes coming to work enjoyable Good pay & benefits Great company that develops the employees who want to grow, lots of room for advancement/rotation

      Some workers are stuck in their ways and unresponsive to/against change Functions could interact better, but even in the year I've been with the company, that has improved

      Worklife stability, next to impossible to advice in career unless wanting to move to rural America, executive leadership will constantly lie to better their roles.
