Worst leadership - Anonymous employee Landis+Gyr Employee Review

Leadership is very bad. They do not care about their employees. They only promote their favorites. You are not allowed to work from him unless you are a leader or liked by managers. All process is very slow. The human resource department is not a neutral party they only do what company leaders want. No one for employees to talk to. The environment is not good, no seats for everyone, have to share very small cubicle.
