Pros

if you can get in with the "in crowd", you can have a nice run.

Cons

It used to be a great company. In the last 2 years, everything has gone quickly downhill. The top 2 execs have singlehandedly ousted dozens of bright talented leaders. They blame the employees instead of themselves. They have created the worst work environment I have ever seen. Unless you are part of their in crowd (you must be very arrogant, like red wine, fire people for no reason, and complain about everyone) you'll be fired. And the HR team is absolutely the worst I have ever seen - 300% turnover per year in the HR department and no one seems to notice or care?? The IT team is now in shambles, new leadership in IT and the entire management team quits or is forced out. Go figure.

Pros

Some nice people still work here but are having difficulty tolerating the lack of team synergy and poor management style.

Cons

The teams are not following there processes correctly. Each team and some individuals are interpreting the processes for themselves without confirmation or proper documentation which has brought great confusion amongst them. There is very little collaboration or team synergy and knowledge transfer is painstaking. Condescending behavior is rampant. Problem solving is difficult and they are very defensive and offensive in their communication attempts. Not professional. Managers are threatening instead of empowering.

Pros

good people (some laid off though)

Cons

Constantly changing processes that we don't follow because nobody knows what they are or who to talk to about it. 4 days a week in the office (with badge tracking for attendance) and pre-Covid we were able to work from home 2 days a week. There is a lot of turnover now as they are making it more and more annoying to work here. They cut PTO rollover from 2 weeks to 1 week. The CEO double speak is intense. He talks about how great the industry is and how we are doing and then they lay people off. He praised how one site cancelled PTO to get some work done but then told us we need to make sure to take PTO (it's a negative on the balance sheet). He changed us to 4 days a week in the office on a whim and then told us all that we "signed up for it." I've worked here a long time and it used to be good. The downhill run seems to have really started when the company went public.
