Hard to move up. Change in management happens often. Long, long hours and meetings at off core hours. Not enough diversity in some departments leaning to a particular minority group. Heavy outsourcing to India. Management blame others for their failures. Does not promote enough from within the company. Hire relatives to make some people happy when contractors that have been there a very long time do not get hired.
