Horrible Culture - Senior Project Manager Landis+Gyr Employee Review

The company has gone to extremes to ensure employees are in the office and for 8 hours. They are checking badge swipes and questioning managers as to why employees may not be present, even if was for a partial week. HR will not allow for an exceptions. There is no humility. It is rather disgusting how intense they are monitoring employees, even checking PTO records. They are laying off employees who do not come into the office. Executive management lives in other states and is not subjected to being in the office per the policy. Employees do not trust management.
