Pros

There are still some nice people here to work with.

Cons

There seems to be blind eyes and deaf ears all over the Alpharetta office when it comes to the leaders here. How can so many people leave that many of us depend on and yet nothing ever seems to happen to fix this revolving door? It leaves many of us to think that the Leadership here just doesn't care or maybe they are too inexperienced and weak to address the real problems in their sacred executive hallway that needs to be guarded by two people so that pesty employees don't accidentally wonder into their area where they seem to hide. It is entertaining to see that the CEO will every now and again prance a few of the executives around so that it looks like they are interested. We can see through this frail effort and it makes him look even worst. Confidence is shot for employees that anything will happen to make this a decent place to work. SOme people say the pay is good, I don't know what department they work in but not everybody here shares that feeling. There is no such thing as work life balance, especially if somebody in HR finds out that a manager tried to do something compassionate for their employee. Every second must be accounted for and unless you are sitting in your chair the extra hours worked are not considered or counted.
