Pros

Team members are nice and friendly. Nothing else worth mentioning now.

Cons

After the recent lay-off, the moral has been dramatically reduced due the way it has been handled. Competent people who find new job don't hesitate to leave the company because management thinks resources here are disposable. This leads to more workload onto the remaining competent people, and sooner or later, they will get away from this mess. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor performance of the company, leadership seeks excuses to reduce force without concrete road map on how the organization can over turning the situation. (Please stop blaming COVID at this point) When a chess player loses a game, he/she wouldn't blame the chess board or chess pieces. Making correlation between 4-days in office policy and "better" performance is just silly and childish. The business domain is having bright future but the people who are managing it really lack of vision and have no idea what they are doing.
