Pros
Landline has many pros, but I will sum it to three specific things that stand out in my mind: Culture, Work, and Benefits. The culture at Landline is amazing. You can feel the positivity from each employee, everyone has a great understanding of what we are accomplishing, and the energy feels palatable whenever you walk in the office. The work is very interesting at Landline as well! We are disrupting the airline giants of industry and creating products that will bring great changes to the airline customer. Our growth with our products is steadily climbing since we have been operational and there are even more growth expectations on the horizon. It's great work that requires a lot of attention but with a very high reward. The benefits with Landline are also stellar. Although a relatively small company, it was the goal at the beginning to have the best benefits available for everyone. There are so many health benefit choices that works with all your needs, flight benefits with our contracted airlines, flexible holidays, and a flexible work environment! Overall, Landline is the best place I have worked for. Most days, it doesn't feel like "work" because of the people here and the interesting aspect of what we do. I hope to continue growing my career with Landline for a long time.
Cons
Working with airlines tends to require changes that needs implemented immediately. Not everyone may be able to handle changing priorities, but if you can, it keeps the work from becoming stagnant.
