Thank you for the honest feedback and for recommending The Landline Company. We also truly appreciate that you are still part of our team and we’re grateful you took the time to share your perspective.
Based on input from this market, we have since made changes to local management to better support our drivers and operations and we hope you're seeing that in the day-to-day today. We’re hopeful those improvements, along with continued focus on equipment, pay growth, and communication, are showing up in the ways you recommended.
We’re always open to making changes when our people speak up, and we’re proud to serve the teams who keep Landline moving every day.
Management lacks any proper and professional communication.
Instead of evaluating an employee’s performance and helping you succeed, they take the passive-aggressive avoidant approach.
Instead they will transfer you to a different job without giving you a chance to ask questions and your opinion.
The lack of compassion is astonishing. If you are struggling with outside issues, never tell anyone because they will fire you.
It doesn’t matter if you experienced a family emergency or a week before Christmas. An utter lack of compassion.
