Pros

People, organization. Peoples development and low staff turn over. Many people stay for 10 year plus opportunities in many other countries in the world very big group and very open for its staff and their progression

Cons

Management unfortunately too many egos and working alone rather as a team, thinking that you are best in the world doesn't actually make you one

Pros

Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

Cons

The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
