Pros
they have some decent benefits, not award winning or anything but will get you through. they do serve lunch everyday which is great. The FOH staff and Banquets teams are so nice and work extremely hard!

The worst place I have ever worked for in my life. The turn over is relentless and everyone's attitude is pretty poor. On my second day I was told how inappropriate I looked. I was wearing a Langham pink lace and satin dress..it was made for office wear. I was told to look like all of the employees that were skinnier than me and not the employees that were bigger than me, which was a dig. What my former manager did not know is that I did over hear her on numerous occasions talking poorly about me to numerous colleagues. About two weeks in two girls quit, and honestly they were two of the nicest not including a select few others...but my manager pulled me into her office to tell me how horrible the other two really were and how to not be like them (for fashion reasons and for work ethic and how they viewed her specifically). From the get go I was put off and immediately started looking into other positions elsewhere. One month into the position I had a Monday off for a pre planned outing and when I came in on Tuesday the team had destroyed my neat desk. Papers everywhere my stapler and scissors were gone, my highlighters dumped on the floor. No respect for other co workers especially the coordinators (marketing, sales and catering). Never to go hr with an issue, they do not help and actually in my situation made it 10 x worse. My advice? Run!! Don't let the beautiful hotel and the fake smiling faces lure you in. Your talents will be much more useful else where.
