      on site property leadership usually very good.

      Cons

      Corporate office sets unrealistic expectations, does not really care about the hotel(s) condition, its people and is sadly really only driven by $$$.

      Pros

      Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

      Cons

      The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
