      Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

      Cons

      The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.

      The pay is great, there's fun perks like 6 free nights a year to stay at the hotels, all the colleagues are fun to work with. The company is super open with moving around positions in the hotel too

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes especially during busy seasons and the guests can be a nightmare to work with
