The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.

The team was amazing and professional. Training is taken seriously and you train with the department you interact with to get a better understand of your job.

Scheduling was a mess. Schedule would be updated last minute and you were expected to show up. You were expected to stay late or come in early to help the team but your time off was not honored.
