Its honestly a good place to work and I love the people who I worked with. If you are lucky enough to get a job with Langham you will be very satisfied.

Cons

It is sometimes demanding working in the hospitality industry and it is even harder when you work at a high end Hotel.

Pros

Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

Cons

The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
