After 14 years working there i only could say until 2005 it was a good place to work for .when it was hilton

Cons

From my own experience the top management need to look into why people are leaving and once they leave they are appreciated somewhere else.

Pros

Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

Cons

The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
