      Supportive benefits - healthcare, dental, vision. Free cafeteria food.

      Cons

      Terrible employee moral. I knew very few people who enjoyed working for this hotel. You are rarely rewarded for a job well-done if it doesn't involve making the hotel money. You are also very closely monitored by management! You will be scrutinized for coffee breaks or long lunch breaks.

      Pros

      Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

      Cons

      The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
