Poor Work Environment, Unprofessional Management - Cook Langham Hospitality Group Employee Review

Poor work environment, staff is undervalued, underpaid, and yet still expected to produce above and beyond. Management does not follow procedures when dealing with staff complaints, injuries, etc. Privacy is not honored by higher ups, specifically when dealing with staff complaints (they will disclose everything to everyone in gossip fashion). Company as a whole will cut corners to cut costs regardless of how health, safety violations are affected or how it affects the quality of services/food/etc provided to guests.
