Pros
Wonderful decor and lots of capital involved in the company. The looks of the hotel is great needs to hire the right people to get the 5 star rating. I do not see it happening anytime soon. But wish them the best of luck with that regardless
Cons
Do not work for the spa. Management never went to any training nor bothered to participate in the operations of the spa. Never bothered to help out at the desk to something like covering breaks or bathroom breaks. Not what you would expect from an aimed to be 5 star property. The management even declined an employees request to go visit a doctor when he was in very bad shape. They instead interrogated him for an hour to ask why he would like to leave insisted it was something else.
