I liked working there because the people I worked with became like a family.
Cons
Nothing got solved, management was basically a joke in the restaurant area. Employees were stealing, drinking and treating each other extremely poorly and nothing was done to solve the issue. Also, the entire team in the bar shared tips, the shifts varied and so did the intensity of work. It wasn't fair that one would work so much harder and make as much as the person who sailed through half the shift. They were very understaffed so the team was worked like dogs, so everyone was exhausted half the time. Cocktail servers had no back help, they are in charge of EVERYTHING! Cleaning, prepping and all the bartenders side work! Bartenders there are the laziest and most unqualified people I've ever worked with. None of them have the experience for a five star hotel... Ok, maybe ONE I thought was decent.
