The benefits are great. If you are an hourly employee its great because they pay well.

Cons

working in the kitchen is really tough. The chef has every ones schedule bouncing all over ( you can never have plans) the chef has a hard time communicating with staff because he cannot speak English clearly. which there is no consideration to change.If you are a salary employee they will take as much as they can from you and its still never enough

Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

Cons

The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
