      Yummy and complimentary food is given to employees, HR is lovely and bubbly but won't do much when it counts, and cool meeting spaces

      Cons

      Terrible office politics. They secretly hate and talk about each other with ill intent. Current higher-ups/department heads do not want new hires to grow. Pays minimum wage.

      Pros

      Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

      Cons

      The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
