Pros

Opportunity to learn English and meet real multicultural enviroment. Improving skills how it goes in still room and team work. High probability of learning the multitask knowledge. Communication with customers - nice talking.

Cons

No opportunity to get more improved than the waiter could be. Lack of careness of employees (food) - you are not allowed to have food - most of the time. (You are allowed to, if you worked more than 6 hours) Most of the time you have splited shift - (morning - evening)

Pros

Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

Cons

The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
