Decent employee benefits and salary wasn't too bad.

Cons

If you so much as breathe, everyone's gonna know about your story. Canteen food wouldn't even feed to my dog. Everyone has a miserable look on their face. Can't fix replace aging equipment no longer fit for use.

Pros

Langham is an entrepreneurial company. We are allowed to be creative and our ideas are listened to and implemented. Great pay and benefits and colleagues are treated as special as the guests.

Cons

The hotel industry is not for everyone, the hours can be long when the business warrants it but once you love the industry, you learn this is just part of who we are.
