The people are awesome here. It's a smaller company so it's nice to have an opportunity to interact with everyone and be part of a company on the upswing.

Cons

There really is no downside to working here that is coming to mind.

The pay, chance for travel, and community events are nice.

Cons

Misguided expectations from management. HR will come at you with accusations and management won't speak a word in defense. Budget issues. The architecture company can't even agree on how to do their own renovations.
