      Employee owned, profit sharing, embraces technology, diverse services/markets, creative marketing, good culture, opportunities for those who step up and prove themselves.

      Cons

      Too Heavy focus on traditional Engineering practices. Needs to grow Surveying and Architectural services more while also supporting a more agile and innovative Engineering group that can take on national competition.

      Pros

      The pay, chance for travel, and community events are nice.

      Cons

      Misguided expectations from management. HR will come at you with accusations and management won't speak a word in defense. Budget issues. The architecture company can't even agree on how to do their own renovations.
