Branch offices are not supported or marketed effectively. Management decisions seem to be made on a "who's your buddy" basis rather than employee capability. Long-term strategy seems to be focused too much on money-grabbing in the gas industry. Employees do not get good feedback, and LDG does not have a clear and effective set of job descriptions. Employees have been exploited with little to no reward, or even recognition.
