Thank you for taking the time to write about LDG. Since 2014 we have engaged in a very deliberate and detailed strategic planning process, published our divisional business plans to all employees and have shared them through bi-annual town halls, monthly division meetings, bi-weekly department meetings and various other communications vehicles, like our Pay Day Press.
