Thank you so much for your review and kind words. Our Vision and Values are the core of the company and we are learning a lot as we grow. That includes the proper staging and timing of initiatives. We have shared all of our Strategic Priorities, Initiatives tied to each, and the order in which they are planned at our bi-annual Town Halls for the past 18 months. We also continue to keep everyone updated at Divisional meetings, through regular communications and our Pay day Press. To continue to be a firm that outpaces the industry growth rate we all have to adjust to the fast pace but hope our frequent sharing of information and timelines gives everyone advanced notice for what is up and coming.
