Good and cheerful family qualities.

Cons

No proper training. Taught some basics. Didn’t even get the time to do computer training, let alone managing time to complete sexual harassment training. This role had me running around the first five hours of the shift while others chitchat and watch you stay proactive. Low pay, high expectations

The store is nice, but it isn't in the best position.

Cons

managers are constantly watching thru the cameras, you can't buy anything besides water while working, and the managers profile customers.
