Pros
Good for resume building. Pay can be okay for factory union jobs.
Cons
Huge turnover. Terrible training program. Everyone is massively overworked. Management will have you working 14 hours a day, doing two jobs for one salary, and then flag you as "not a team player" when you object to doing yet another job on top of that for no pay. Promotions are given to people who constantly suck up to senior management, but are not competent enough to do their current job without causing major problems for everyone else. They won't fire their "favorites", so they promote them until they can't do any more damage. This means that you will lose out on your earned promotion for someone who can't even handle their current job and will no doubt cause more work for you. They will tell you it's because you don't have enough "leadership". They will tell you they have good benefits, but they get worse for the employees every single year. When things go wrong, nobody is concerned about fixing anything, but instead on passing the blame around and around.
